Sarah Bol, Editor
Sarah Bol, a sophomore, is very passionate about this school and thinks it is deeply important to be involved. She is the sophomore class senator and the Robotics Club secretary. This is Sarah’s second year in The Paper Cut and she has fallen in love with reporting and taking photos. With so much to do, Sarah is always busy running around campus, which she enjoys and is hoping to get even more involved this year. She is also in Sahuaro’s Book Club and LOVES to read. Her favorite books include Percy Jackson by Rick Riordan, Just Kids by Patti Smith, Heartstopper by Alice Oseman, and The Friend Zone by Abby Jimenez. Her favorite music artist of all time is Billy Joel, and she owns almost all of his albums on vinyl. She also loves musicals like West Side Story and Hamilton.
Sarah’s one and only role model is her sister and best friend Charlotte, who she has looked up to for her whole life because of the way Charlotte presents herself. Even though Charlotte teases Sarah about how many clubs she’s in, she does it all just to make Charlotte proud. Usually, people assume that she hates her sister because, ‘She’s always in her shadow’, but Sarah doesn’t feel that way. Every day, Sarah is proud to stand under the light that is her sister.
