Graduation is right around the corner, and seniors have a lot to look forward to. The ceremony is set for Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 7 PM in the stadium. It’s time to make sure all requirements are checked off. Here is everything seniors and their families need to know to make it to graduation.
What You Need to Graduate
To participate in the ceremony on Thursday, May 22nd, you must complete all of these requirements:
- Complete all required coursework, including online courses (Deadline: Friday, May 16)
- Pass the Civics Exam
- Complete CPR Training
- Be in good behavioral standing (no extreme senior pranks!)
- Attend the mandatory rehearsal on the morning of graduation
Devices & Debts, Final Steps
All school fees must be cleared before graduation.

Device Collection:
- Begins Monday, May 12
- All devices must be returned by Monday, May 19
- Exceptions: AP testers & credit recovery students
Unpaid debts will block access to prom, Winter Formal, and the ceremony.
Graduation Rehearsal – Thursday, May 22
Rehearsal is mandatory for all graduates participating in the ceremony.
- Arrive at the Cafeteria by 8:30 AM for the Senior Breakfast
- Rehearsal begins in the Aux Gym at 9:15 AM
- Ends by 10:00 AM
- Cords will be distributed (Top 20, NHS, StuCo, etc.)
- Graduates will confirm name pronunciation
- Students must leave campus after rehearsal
- Dress for the warm weather & bring water!
Ceremony Night Instructions
- Report to the Aux Gym by 6:00 PM with gown in hand
- No cap decorations (District policy)
- No backpacks or purses—phones are okay
- Plan to meet your family after the ceremony (not on the field)
- Allowed Clothing: Military Cords, JTED Cords, Regalia, Sashes
- Photos will be taken by Grad Images and shared in the summer
Guest Info
- No limit on guests
- Stadium gates open at 5:30 PM
- Clear bag policy in effect
- Front bleacher row reserved for disabled guests
- Limited reserved parking is available
- Call Mrs. Emerson at (520) 731-7210 starting April 28
- Reserved spots are located in the first double-row aisle
- Please don’t try to save entire rows of seats
Transcripts & Scholarships
Final transcript requests for college are to be made online via Parchment.com
