Caleb Pendleton, Op-Ed Editor
Caleb Pendleton is a junior at Sahuaro High School and this is his first year in The Paper Cut. His favorite thing’s to do are listen to music as well as make music, which he has been doing on Ableton Live for almost 2 years now. He also enjoys math and physics and one day hopes to be an architect, or in some branch of engineering. He is hard-of-hearing which means he cannot hear like everyone else does, so he wears hearing aids to help. His interpreter, Derrick, is with him in all his classes and they both communicate in English and ASL. Caleb has been using sign language since he was three-years-old. He also really enjoys playing video games and his favorite ones are Black Ops 4, Skyrim, and The Last of Us. His favorite entertainment platform is YouTube and Netflix. He enjoys Mexican and Chinese foods and says he knows how to grill many things, especially chicken and carne asada. He is 6’1 and he is the tallest and oldest kid in his family. He also has a large family and is related to very well known people, such as the President of social media for Major League Soccer. You will come to find that Caleb is a really funny, nice, and approachable guy.
