Kanye West announced on Twitter that he will run for president in 2020. He supposedly ran under the "Birthday Party." Some suspected it was to promote his upcoming music while others were suspicious it was to hurt Joe Biden's campaign. At West's 1st presidential campaign rally, he cried and at some point in his speech said that Harriet Tubman "never actually freed the slaves, she just had the slaves work for other white people."
