Tracee Ellis Ross is a female actress. She wore this statement piece to the Emmys. She dressed "as her own trophy." Although there is a back story to the dress, the dress is not the best. It is definitely a statement piece but the gold and the ruffles are too busy. We love the acting, but not the dress.
