“The Vampire Diaries” is about Elena Gilbert and her being a teenage girl in a town called Mystic Falls. Elena then becomes entangled in a love triangle with two vampire brothers, Stefan and Damon. The series premiered on September 10, 2009 and stayed strong till 2017. It is an old show but is still famous to this day and is very enjoyable to watch.

“The Originals” aired from October 3, 2013 to August 1, 2018. “The Originals” is a spin-off of the “The Vampire Diaries” following a new story of the Mikaelson vampire family. It primarily follows Klaus, Elijah, and Rebekah, as they return to New Orleans. A city they helped build just to find out their former protégé Marcel is ruling over the supernatural community. It is a great show to binge after watching “The Vampire Diaries” because it still brings that nostalgic feeling.

“The Boys” is a series that focuses on two groups: the Seven, Vought’s superhero team. and then there’s the Boys, a vigilante group looking to bring down Vought and its fake superheroes. The Boys are led by Billy Butcher, who despises all superheroes. The Seven are led by the unstable and violent superheroes. The concept of superheroes being the bad guys behind the scenes, is interesting considering how superheroes are meant to help people.

“The Rookie” is an ABC series following John Nolan who is a middle-aged man. He decides to become a police officer in the Los Angeles Police Department. John is oldest rookie on the force but due to his age he must navigate the challenges of a new career while facing skepticism from younger officers. It is a good heartfelt show that makes you feel like you have to watch one more episode.

“The Summer I Turned Pretty” is a coming-of-age story about love, friendship, and growing up. Belly is a character who is struggling to figure out who she is and what she wants. Belly is caught in a love triangle between two brothers as she deals with her first love and first heartbreak during the perfect summer. This show is sad and happy but really full of emotional rollercoasters that make you have to pick sides.

“Grey’s Anatomy” is a medical TV series that follows the lives of doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital as they navigate their careers and personal relationships. Everyone in this show has been in a relationship with every doctor and it is not an exaggeration. It has many different storylines that are very good.

“Dune: Prophecy” is a HBO series set 10,000 years before the events of the “Dune” movies, focusing on the origins of the Bene Gesserit. The Bene Gesserit are a powerful female order with extraordinary mental and physical abilities.

They are Aria Montgomery, Hanna Marin, Emily Fields, and Spencer Hastings, whose lives are disrupted after the mysterious disappearance of their popular leader friend Alison. However, one year later they start receiving threatening text messages from an anonymous figure named “A” who knows their deepest secrets.

“Gilmore Girls” is about the close relationship between Lorelai Gilmore, a single mother, and her daughter Rory. The are living in the quaint town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut. The series follows their daily lives as Lorelai navigates her career as a hotel manager. While Rory faces the pressures of attending a private school. It is very comedically pleasing and enjoyable to watch.

Montana Poe is a senior at Sahuaro High School who aspires to be a journalist after she graduates college. She has always loved talking and writing about things happening in the world, especially sports or entertainment-related events. She wants to travel and see new places that someday she might write about. Most of all, she wants to make her dad, who recently passed away, proud because she cares about what he thought and wanted for her future. In Montana's free time, she enjoys playing sports, working out, and spending time with her family. She has four brothers who are all older than her but love her very much. Montana participates in both track and volleyball - which she almost equally enjoys - as well as playing club volleyball.
