Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have been a topic of conversation for many in the last year. Their scandalous marriage has much to do with Jada’s delusions and Will’s desperation to be with Jada, making it a toxic relationship.
On Jay Shetty’s podcast, Jada says many things about Will that express how she doesn’t want anything to do with him. Jada says that her marriage was surrounded with sadness from the beginning, saying she even “cried her way down the aisle.” She also said that her marriage with Will hasn’t been real and that they have been secretly separated for the last seven years.
Their relationship has been unstable – cheating has been reported on Jada’s side – she has been accused of having an affair with August Alsina in 2020. The of course there’s the slap heard around the world, with Will Smith’s iconic 2022 Oscars meltdown where he slapped Chris Rock for making a joke about Jada’s alopecia, claiming he was trying to be noble for his ‘wife’. Jada stated that when Will referred to her as his wife, she was shocked because they were not a couple.
Jada also goes on different podcasts explaining how she has never had real feelings for Will, and that the relationship has always been one-sided. Jada also says she had a deep relationship with the famous rapper, Tupac Shakur. Tupac loved Jada so much that he told Jada’s son, Jaiden Smith, that he would marry her. After Shakur died in 1996, Jada proceeded to go on and marry Will Smith a year later.
In Jada’s recent memoir, Worthy, she talks about how depressed she was over time, how much she struggled with her mental health, and how she was trying to balance a relationship with Will.
Will and Jada’s toxic relationship is just a ruse to stay relevant in 2023.
