Lil Xan’s Hot Cheeto Addiction
October 3, 2018
Rapper Lil Xan was hospitalized Monday, September 24th due to his ongoing obsession/addiction to Hot Cheetos.
He documented his trip to the hospital from the back of the ambulance on his Instagram story and later took to social media to explain what happened.
“I went to the hospital today, I just want everyone to know, I was in the hospital not due to any drugs, but I guess I ate too many hot Cheetos and it ripped something in my stomach open so I puked a little blood.”
Afterward, he posted a video on Instagram jokingly captioned: “Just wanna let everyone know that I’m good, healthier than I’ve ever been, and ready to kick off my third tour in NY in a couple of days! Also, be careful, Hot Cheetos are one hell of a drug aha!”
Snacks like Takis and Hot Cheetos first took over the snack world in 2012. The spicy snacks have since been blamed for gallbladder issues, Cholecystectomies (removal of the gallbladder), and plenty of other gastrointestinal issues like Xan’s. Tears in the stomach lining usually take 7-10 days to completely heal. Lil Xan should make a full recovery unless he doesn’t lay off the Hot Cheetos.
