Preseason Track

Does long distance running appeal to you? Sprinting maybe? Perhaps jumping or throwing is more your style? If it’s any of those, or if you just want to get in shape, go to the track or the weight room after school on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for pre-season track workouts. Just see Mr. Rutherford in room 100, or Mr. Veal on those days at the track and let either of them know to get your papers. Whether it’s to get prepared for track, or simply to get into shape, you should definitely consider this!
