The Pima County Fair 2017

The fun and funnel cakes are back! From April 20th to the 30th, the long-awaited fair will be back in town for another year of excitement. The Pima County Fairgrounds is a 640-acre event that takes place in a desert environment. You will find anything here from horse shows to a live performance by T-Pain.

Some of the featured entertainment includes a Wild About Monkeys show, a hypnotist entitled Tyzen, a blacksmith shop, Sea Lion Encounters, a Kiddie Kingdom, Great American Pony Rides, and a petting zoo.
Fast passes are available for $20.00 to get into the fast pass carnival ride quick lane to beat the line. April 20th is Pepsi Wristband Day, where if you bring an unopened 20oz bottle of Pepsi, Diet Pepsi or Real Sugar Pepsi, you’ll receive a $5.00 discount towards a $30.00 wristband. April 25th is Discount Day where rides and games are $2.00. April 26th and 27th are also Pepsi Wristband Days.
One of the most exciting factors about the fair is the food. This year, the fair will host a variety of tastes such as: Lisa’s Sonoran Hot Dogs, Mustards Cafe, Candy Factory, Big Dogs, Dutchmen’s Funnel Cakes, and Texas Steakhouse.
