Love to write? Have a passion for reading? Come down to join Sahuaro’s new Young Authors Club  every Monday in Room 315 from 3:20 – 4:15 p.m after school.  The club is a place where you will have all the freedom to write anything you wish in a warm – welcoming environment. Anything you write in this club can either be kept privately from everyone, or shared if you want help improving your writing. You can find other inspiring writers to peer edit your works, or have English teacher and adviser Ms. Miller to help you.

“It’s nice because I can focus here, there’s almost no distractions and I can write what I want to without anyone telling me not to,” said senior Angel Cruz on how he feels about the club so far.

Freshman Shameek Williams commented that it is a fun environment to be in, and that you don’t have to write all the time.
