43rd Annual Spring Fling This Weekend

Looking for something to do this weekend? On April 7th through the 9th, the University of Arizona will be hosting their annual Spring Fling. This event is a student-run carnival that happens across the U of A Mall. There is expected to be about 40 rides, food booths, and games. It’s basically like the Pima County Fair, only mini. It’ll be open Friday the 7th from 4pm to 11pm, Saturday the 8th, 11am to 11pm, and also Sunday the 9th, 11am to 6pm.
On the 7th at 4pm donations will start to be collected. They will be collecting canned goods for the UA Campus Pantry, along with books for Reading Seed. Fromt 7pm-9pm, We The Kings will be performing. Throughout the Fling, bands like The Faultlines, Saguaro Stompers, the Black N Blue Crew, and the Heart and Soul Dance Group will be performing.
Admission is $5. Those will a UA CatCard, military ID or children 7 years of age or younger get in for free.
