Sarah Sevits is a sophomore who just joined The Paper Cut because she wanted to try something new while being a part of something for the school. Since 4th grade she has loved writing all because her 4th grade teacher, Mrs. McDonald, told her she was really good at it; Sarah thinks The Paper Cut will help her write better, enjoy it more, and give her something new to do.

In Sarah’s free time, she likes hanging out with her friends, shopping, and sleeping. She likes to visit the cat sanctuary, mall, parks, and stores like Ross, Tjmaxx, and Charlotte Russe. She also loves taking pictures of anything and watching movies or shows, some of her favorite things to watch are Stranger Things, On My Block, Shameless, and Disney movies.

Sarah lost her uncle, and his best friend who was family, in 2022 then, in 2024 she lost her friend Nyzaiah. Losing them pushes her daily to do better and graduate, but after she graduates, she wants to take a year or two off to travel places and see things she wants to see. When she goes to college, she wants to attend the University of Arizona to be a 4th-grade teacher.
